Job Description:
- Provide high-quality support to end users software to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
- Provide support and technical issue of resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
- Identify, understand, and recommend solutions for customer issues or questions using
- working knowledge of ArcGIS including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, and related ArcGIS Server products and technologies
- As the Subject Matter Expert, document technical issues through incident tracking involving authoring, technical editing, and publishing of Knowledge Base articles and various authoritative online content
- Develop and create documentation used to partner with software development teams to troubleshoot issues and evaluate solutions
- Interpret user issues to determine or recommend software changes to programmers/software engineers
- May also work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs demand
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Geographical Science, Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Proficiency in English language is a MUST
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work on night shift (Mon to Fri – 11pm to 8am)
Job Description:

- Resolve technical issues related to their developer
- Maintain comprehensive case documentation in customer relationship management (CRM)
- As a Subject Matter Expert, author and tech edit knowledge articles available to internal and external
- Identify issues and log defects for software
- Work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs
Requirements:
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English language including grammar, punctuation, and consistency.
- Ability to patiently communicate technical information clearly and
- Ability to provide excellent customer service through efficient troubleshooting, analyzing, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in software support or technical customer
- Strong prioritization skills including managing time and work load
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly, retain large amounts of information and adapt to a changing work environment.
- Strong knowledge of C# or NET.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Management
- Information Systems or other relevant field depending on position
- Prior experience with the developer products such as ArcObjects SDK for .NET, ArcGIS Pro SDK, or ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET
- ArcGIS Certifications (SDK) would be an added
Job Description:

Requirements:

- Aptitude to gain understanding of systems administration and troubleshooting of multiple operating systems
- Ability to patiently communicate technical information clearly and concisely
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly, retain large amounts of information, and adapt to a changing work environment
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English and Mandarin language including grammar, punctuation, and consistency
- Strong prioritization skills including managing time and work load efficiently.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Information Technology, Business IT, Programming, or other equivalent
- Background working as Server Administrator, Network Administrator will be an advantage.
- Background in software support or technical customer service with direct end user contact
- Clear understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, applications, and functionality, including caching, geoprocessing, and geocoding
- Knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, Web App-Builder for ArcGIS, Collector for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Geo-Event Server, ArcGIS Online, Business Analyst Server and mobile device/applications usage related to GIS
- Experience with IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP BusinessObjects, or big data
- Knowledge in Web Servers, SSL, Web Certificates, Proxy Servers, Windows Servers, Windows Accounts, LDAP/Active Directory, SQL Database and etc.
- ArcGIS Certifications (Enterprise) would be an added advantage.
